Cage
I stand here alone at last,
Away from the life I had,
Staring at the ruin all around,
My life now razed to the ground,
And now alone my life is done,
I wonder how exacly I won,
I am locked in a cold room lit by candle light,
nothing but pen and paper with which I write,
I had so much before,
Before my life was torn,
Love light vitality and glee,
All these things I held close in me,
Now I sit, still alone,
Dimmed from how I once shone,
I have forgotten what freedom was,
Or how to fight for a just cause,
My humanity,
Stipped so far fom me,
Alas the this is my fate,
To sit locked in hells cold cage

I want to wake up kicking and screaming
I want to live like I know what I'm leaving
I want to know that my heart's still beating
It's beating... it's beating...
I'm bleeding
